My nickname is C.J., and I’ve always been the “artsy” kid in the family—so that’s how ArtsyC.J. was born.

Throughout high school, I fell in love with wood art, drawing, and photography, which led me to pursue my creative passion in college. I’m proud to be a Liberty University graduate, where I studied Graphic Design and Photography.

I’ve called Bastrop, Texas home since 2019. I married my husband in October 2024, and in September 2025, we welcomed our daughter into the world. These days, you’ll usually find me capturing everyday moments of my family and the beauty in the world around me.

As a graphic designer, I love taking an idea or concept and bringing it to life through logo design and marketing. Photography offers that same creative spark—I enjoy experimenting with lighting, settings, and new techniques to get the most out of every shot.

What I love most about photography is seeing people’s faces light up when they see their photos for the first time. There’s something especially meaningful about hearing someone say, “I don’t look good in photos,” and then watching their confidence grow when they realize just how incredible they truly look.
